Located in Santa Rosa, California, Center Point DAAC provides alcohol and drug rehab services for men and women throughout the county. They offer residential, outpatient, and medication assisted treatment. Their services are also available for those involved in the criminal justice system.
Center Point DAAC provides a continuum of care that meets each person where they are at. Services include:
Residential Individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy are provided. Groups meet regularly to discuss addiction and recovery related topics such as emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and coping skills needed for recovery.
Outpatient Outpatient is available for adolescents and adults. This level of care includes individual therapy, peer support, group therapy, skill building, and family involvement through education and family therapy. Adolescents and adults are placed in age-specific groups to ensure each group is focused on the issues related to their age demographic.
Medication Assisted Treatment FDA-approved medications are provided in conjunction with mental health counseling. Outpatient detox and maintenance services are provided through the use of Methadone. Continued support and counseling services are offered throughout the program.
