Women's Recovery Services, located in Santa Rosa, California, assists pregnant and parenting women who are struggling with addiction. This drug rehab facility provides residential treatment and aftercare.
This residential program allows mothers to live in substance-free housing with their children while they attend treatment. Women’s Recovery Services incorporates a highly structured schedule that includes addiction education, a weekly process group, and evidence-based groups that focus on self-esteem, trauma, parenting education, non-violent communication, and relationships. The residential program lasts 120 days.
Aftercare is provided to those who complete the program. Common aftercare resources include peer support groups, educational material, and referrals to other programs. Additionally, this facility provides a candlelight ceremony to those who have stayed sober for one year.
