The Alano Club is an Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) affiliated recovery program located in Oroville, California, for alcohol and substance use disorder. The Alano Club provides 12-Step meetings, community-based services, and aftercare for adults.
At the Alano Club, clients can attend AA meetings throughout the day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pre-scheduled events can include motivational speakers, book discussions, and focusing on spiritual life. Some meetings may be open to the public.
The Alano Club provides continual care and support. Community events and family resources can give additional support. The Alano Club may make referrals to outside drug rehab facilities for specialized treatment.
Alcoholics Anonymous doesn’t charge fees. However, participants may be referred to additional services that accept private health insurance plans, such as Humana, Ambetter, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and more. Because insurance plans vary, be sure to verify coverage information and out of network details with the insurer.

Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.
