Your Empowering Solutions is a private rehab located in Rolling Hills Estates, California that offers services to adults and LGBTQ+ persons struggling with mental health and drug addiction. This outpatient rehab facility offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient programs, and aftercare services.
The IOP is designed for those who need treatment but do not need to live on-site. Participants commute to treatment throughout the week and attend individual and group therapy sessions. Your Empowering Solutions has several modalities in addition to 12 Step programs to aid in recovery. Some of these modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which finds negative thought patterns and changes them to positive ones, and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), which helps clients navigate emotional distress. Staff also prescribe naltrexone to help mitigate cravings and withdrawals.
Outpatient treatment is a step down from the IOP. Participants follow a similar schedule but with fewer hours of treatment required.
The aftercare program is designed to prevent relapse. Resources such as support groups and recovery education are available to those who have completed their program.
Your Empowering Solutions services are typically covered by major insurance providers. Some of these major insurance providers include Cigna, Humana, Beacon, Anthem, ComPsych, Magellan Health, Kaiser Permanente, Bright Health, Wellmark, HCSC, and TRICARE. To verify your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance provider.

Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.
Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.
