Tristar Skyline Madison Campus is a behavioral health hospital in Madison, Tennessee. They provide outpatient alcohol and drug addiction treatment, psychiatric services, counseling, and case management.

Serving the greater Nashville area, mental health and addiction services at Tristar Skyline Madison Campus include helping teens, adults, and seniors recover from addiction and mental health disorders. The team of psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other specialists at Skyline Madison offer inpatient and outpatient programs which include mental health assessments, treatment planning, counseling, psychiatric services, case management, co-occurring disorder programs, counseling, medication management, and family support.

Tristar Skyline Madison Campus provides diagnostic psychiatric evaluations for individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, conducted by board certified psychiatrists. The treatment team creates a treatment plan that includes evidence based therapies to enhance mental health and treatment objectives. 

Counseling services are offered by masters level clinicians to individuals with substance use disorder and their families, either individually, as part of a couple or family, and in a group format. Therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and family therapy. Counseling may be offered as a standalone service or in conjunction with other treatment programs at Skyline Madison. 

The outpatient clinic treats addiction and/or other co-occurring conditions. The program includes a thorough clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, individual and group therapy, the opportunity to see a psychiatrist and receive medication management, relapse prevention techniques, skill building classes from the treatment mall, and community recovery support. Sessions are held several days per week, depending upon the individual’s circumstances. 

The residential program at Tristar Skyline Madison Campus usually lasts for 30 days. Patients work with clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans and then engage in evidence based therapies to treat addiction and mental health conditions, like motivational interviewing, individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. Prior to discharge, clinicians work with patients to devise a comprehensive discharge plan.
