Teensavers is a drug rehab in Orange, California, for alcohol, substance, and opioid use disorder and co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Teensavers provides detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), residential inpatient (IP), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), dual diagnosis treatment, case management, and aftercare programs for teenagers. Telehealth is available.
Teensavers offers up to six beds for inpatient care. Clients undergo group and individual counseling and therapy, outdoor therapy, holistic therapy, and peer support. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches are offered. Families are expected to participate in weekly sessions. Teensavers provides meals, laundry services, transportation, and basic amenities except for toiletries.
Clients participate in PHP for 5 days per week for up to 3 months, with each session lasting 8 hours per day. Clients receive group therapy, medication management, an introduction to 12-Step programs, and periodic evaluations. The case management team monitors the client’s progress and adjusts the plan accordingly.
Teensavers’s IOP consists of 3 hours per day, 3 days per week for up to 90 days. The center provides individual counseling using CBT approaches, 12-Step programs, nutritional guidelines, and technology assistants to prevent relapse. Holistic therapy and meditation are also available. Families are expected to participate in group therapy when necessary.
Clients in general OP receive group and individual counseling through CBT and DBT approaches. The case management team may also implement art therapy, holistic therapy, and family counseling.
Teensavers offers continuous care and support. A leadership program is available to assist students in education and career coaching goals through mentorships and peer support.
Teensavers offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in-network with many insurance providers, which may include Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint.
