About this Facility

Synergy Recovery Center is a private women's mental health and alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility in Rogersville, Missouri. Synergy Recovery Center utilizes holistic, evidence backed treatment modalities to help clients embrace recovery and heal mind, body, and spirit. They are a residential facility with luxury amenities. Synergy Recovery Center treatments cover the symptoms of addiction and help women in crisis overcome past traumas. They also offer a private retreat program for men.

Clients with severe symptoms that interfere with daily living are referred to the residential program. During treatment, they live at the campus, where they can be supervised and tended to by staff 24 hours a day. Inpatient care provides high risk clients with a supportive and structured environment.

Clients work closely with a personal care team to develop their treatment plans. While therapy and education groups are the focus of care at Synergy Recovery Center, they also offer trauma support groups. In addition to individual and group therapy, they offer several experiential options, such as yoga and music.

When not in treatment, clients can access the luxury amenities on campus and the surrounding private anchorage.

An outpatient program sometimes follows inpatient treatment as a transitional phase, but it can also be used independently. It’s ideal for clients with mild symptoms who have stable living environments. During outpatient care, clients visit the facility on a regular schedule to consult with their care team and participate in treatment.

Outpatient care utilizes individual and group counseling to help clients develop and practice coping skills. Group therapy is essential to treatment because it helps clients build communication skills and form support networks for their recovery.

In addition to counseling, Synergy Recovery Center hosts a variety of support groups. This includes SMART support, a science based alternative to the traditional AA or NA 12 steps program.

Treatment

Alcoholism

Individuals who suffer from alcoholism drink to the extent that they harm themselves or others and have an impaired ability to stop drinking. Their alcohol use disorder may be classified as mild, moderate, or severe. At any level, alcohol rehab in Missouri can help individuals overcome alcohol addiction. Treatment includes physiological, psychological, and social aspects to provide comprehensive care that leads to long-term recovery.

Drug Addiction

Drug rehab in Missouri usually involves several phases: detox, rehab, and aftercare. The rehab phase may include a combination of inpatient and outpatient treatments, as the individual moves through a continuum of care on their recovery journey.

Dual Diagnosis

Specialized dual-diagnosis addiction treatment programs in Missouri include inpatient residential rehab, outpatient, intensive outpatient, detox, and partial hospitalization programs. Offering a full continuum of care, their clinicians have the expertise to treat individuals with co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health conditions at the same time. The benefits of dual-diagnosis treatment are enhanced recovery outcomes, improved overall health and well-being, and it equips individuals with the information and skills required to sustain long-term sobriety.

Mental Health and Substance Abuse

In Missouri, dual-diagnosis rehabs offer comprehensive care for individuals facing both mental health and substance abuse challenges. These specialized facilities integrate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and experiential therapy to address both aspects of your well-being. Seeking help from an addiction and medical expert who can devise a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, you’ll drastically improve your mental health and long-term recovery outcomes.

Opioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Level of Care

Medically Assisted Detox

In the Acudetox trained health professionals provide a popular form of Chinese medicine through a simple, standardized ear acupuncture protocol that offers individuals the opportunity for relaxation, detoxification, a realigning of the body systems, increased calmness, stress relief, and promotes the discovery of inner strength.

Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

12-Step

12 step programs are designed to enable participants to understand and address the root causes of their addiction, accept responsibility for their life choices, and relinquish control over that which they cannot change. Participants are expected to regularly attend 12 step meetings and to be mentored in their recovery journey by a self-selected sponsor. Meetings are free, anonymous, and open to the public. A variety of formats are available, including programs for seniors, teens, family members, and nondenominational Christians.

Aftercare Support

Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Outpatient

Outpatient rehab enables clients to continue to work, attend school, or reside at home while undergoing treatment, including addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training. Evening, night, and weekend sessions are available at many facilities to ensure continuous access to care on the client’s schedule. Many centers also offer ancillary services, such as career coaching and peer mentoring, to promote clients’ sustained recovery and community integration. Higher-level outpatient treatment, including intensive outpatient (IOP) care, is also widely available.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Therapeutic use of the creative process of art making to explore feelings, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, increase self esteem, and improve and enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Evidenced based use of music interventions to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of an individual. Utilizing music in a therapeutic context to provide an avenue for communication, self-expression, and motivation for change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a clinical approach to helping people with substance abuse issues and other conditions shift behavior in positive ways. It is more goal-oriented than traditional psychotherapy, as MI counselors directly attempt to get clients to consider making behavioral change (rather than wait for them to come to conclusions themselves). Its primary purpose is to resolve ambivalence and help clients become able to make healthy choices freely.
