Recovery Rx is a private outpatient opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment facility in Phoenix, Arizona, north of Monterey Park. They deliver opioid addiction maintenance and treatment services to Phoenix and its surrounding communities, with an emphasis on individualized treatment. They serve adult clients.
Recovery Rx takes a multi disciplinary approach to treating addiction that combines counseling, case management services, and medication, to help clients live independent lives and prevent relapse. The goal of treatment is to educate clients on the nature of addiction and to help them develop coping skills that will support ongoing sobriety. Services are offered on an outpatient basis.
Clients in an outpatient program live at home and visit the facility on a regular basis to participate in treatment. Outpatient programs are best suited for those with mild symptoms, and clients may be referred to an inpatient program if the initial assessment determines they need a higher level of care. Recovery Rx provides treatment on a flexible schedule to accommodate clients’ availability.
Clients receive a treatment plan personalized to their needs. This can include therapy, education, and motivational interviewing. Therapy follows the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modality. Clients learn more about the nature of addiction and develop critical coping skills.
During treatment, clients may be prescribed methadone. The FDA approves this drug for treating opiate addiction. It works by reducing or eliminating cravings and other withdrawal symptoms.
Because in network and out of network benefits can vary, clients should confirm their coverage with their insurance carrier before enrolling in a treatment plan.
