Harmony House, part of the Yolo Community Care Continuum, is a residential mental health and treatment facility for adults in Auburn, California. They offer dual diagnosis care and aftercare services.

Harmony House provides a therapeutic living environment for clients experiencing mental illness. Their services include recovery focused life skills training, case management, medication management, and referrals to appropriate social services. Therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other proven approaches. Clients requiring higher intensity addiction treatment may be referred to an inpatient alcohol or drug rehab program.

Harmony House helps residents transition to independent living through robust aftercare support, including employment and housing assitance, referrals to appropriate community resources and recovery groups, vocational training, and more.

Harmony House accepts only Placer County Medi Cal. The program may refer participants for additional treatment or services, the cost of which may be covered by major insurance plans, such as Cigna, Bright Health, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, and more. Because each insurance plan is different, be sure to verify coverage details and out of network benefits with the insurer directly.
