About this Facility

New Life for Women is a drug and alcohol rehab in Gadsden Alabama. They provide residential addiction treatment for women.

This facility offers long-term, intensive, and faith-based inpatient addiction treatment for women.

Residential Addiction Treatment This is a faith-based experiential treatment program for up to 52 women. Two forms of group counseling, didactic and process, combined with individual and family therapies, are provided. Three evidence-based curriculums are used: Living in Balance, Matrix Model, and Seeing Safety. These are supplemented with 12-Step groups and spiritual counseling.

The New Life program is designed in three phases. The first phase is 25 hours of treatment programming each week and on-site NA/AA meetings. Residents can leave the campus to attend Celebrate Recovery meetings or church services. Phase two is a minimum of six hours of treatment programming per week, NA/AA meetings, job training, education classes, and volunteer work. Individuals in phase three must attend a minimum of three hours of therapeutic services per week, complete 12-Step work, and maintain full-time employment.
