Montana Rescue Mission

Montana Rescue Mission is a non-profit organization located in Helena, MT. Montana Rescue Mission provides emergency, temporary and rehabilitative care for those people who are experiencing hunger and homelessness. They also offer mental healthcare and individual therapy.

Their core values are to treat all people with dignity, compassion, and respect. Their programs and services are designed to help end the cyclical nature of homelessness. They are addressing causes, such as addictions, generational poverty, lack of education, poor budgeting skills, diminished mental or physical capacity, and others as well as serving those who are struggling to overcome these barriers one person at a time.

The outreach clinic we house in the Men’s Shelter is available to any of our shelter guests, mealtime guests, or individuals off the street looking for healthcare. No appointment is necessary and provides an array of services including Routine preventive healthcare, Immunizations, Mental healthcare and therapy, chemical dependency assessment and counseling.
