Lifeline Treatment Services (also called Eldorado Community Service Centers) offers outpatient detox and medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individuals in Oakland, California. They also provide valuable resources, including referrals to community services, case management, and family support services.

The outpatient detox program uses FDA-approved medications to help alleviate painful withdrawal symptoms. Clients benefit from recovery support meetings and referral to the outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program.

MAT is appropriate for opioid use disorders and combines counseling and medication management in an outpatient setting. Participants also attend regular recovery meetings, educational groups, and regular follow up meetings. Treatment is available in English and Spanish. Walk-in clients are welcome.
