Outpatient care includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and more. Clients will be given a personalized treatment plan that looks at their areas of challenges, along with their strengths. Addiction treatment, recovery planning, self-help groups, peer-support groups, and traditional mental health counseling are provided.
If a person needs a higher level of care, they may be referred to an inpatient treatment program. Continued mental health counseling, alumni groups, and connections to recovery groups may be available as aftercare services.
