The treatment consists of 3 levels of care in what they called Comprehensive Substance Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation (CSTAR) Program. Each level is different and varies in intensity and duration, it usually varies from 25 hours weekly to monthly support groups.
Treatment and duration is based on the unique needs of the individual determined through an assessment.
Many of the treatment offered are available for free o low cost through the funding of their federal, state or local partners. There is also a sliding scale based on the ability to pay.
