Health Affiliates Maine is a behavioral health center in Auburn, Maine. They provide outpatient alcohol and drug addiction care, psychiatric services, counseling, and case management.

The outpatient program at Health Affiliates Maine is offered on a telehealth basis, meaning program participants can attend the program virtually through their phone, tablet, or computer. The program includes a thorough clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, individual and group counseling, medication management, CBT, and psychoeducation. Intensive outpatient sessions are held at least three to four times per week.

Health Affiliates Maine also provides recovery support services and addiction treatment to active service members, military, reservists, guard members, and their families. As with other treatment programs at Health Affiliates, participants will receive an assessment and treatment plan and evidence based therapies to treat a range of conditions, including PTSD, traumatic events, relationship challenges, depression, anger, grief, loss, addiction, and other mental health concerns.

Case management services involve collaboratively working with individuals and their families and acting as a facilitator between them and other community resources. The aim of case management is to enhance overall well being by providing resources to those who struggle to navigate systems. Support opportunities may include housing, food, clothing, support groups, and financial and legal assistance.
