Community Bridges Inc. (CBI), located in Phoenix, Arizona, is an addiction treatment program that offers teens and adults inpatient medical detox for drugs or alcohol, medication assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient and outpatient programs, residential treatment, and dual diagnosis care. CBI focuses on an integrated approach to recovery to help ensure long term success. Community Bridges Inc. also offers specialized programs for veterans, women, and those with serious mental health issues.
The first step of treatment at CBI is detoxification. The clinic uses medical protocols to help participants reduce and then eliminate the amount of drugs in their system in a safe, medically supervised setting.
Inpatient or residential treatment is led by medical and psychological professionals as well as peer navigators who are also in recovery. Participants receive individualized behavioral therapy in individual and group settings, as well as family counseling, recovery focused life skills training, help with coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention services. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available for clients in alcohol and/or opioid recovery.
Community Bridges, Inc. outpatient care is also integrated so that it addresses mental, physical, and emotional needs. The outpatient program includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention and life skills training, connection with support services, and MAT if needed.
