Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Designed for Native American adults over 18 who need addiction treatment but don’t require 24-hour care. Colville’s outpatient programs blend evidence-based treatment with culturally specific Native American practices to treat substance use disorders. Treatment begins with an assessment and individualized treatment plan. Cultural activities include sweat lodges, ceremonies, counseling, and peer groups. Sessions are typically held 3-4 days a week.
