Allure Detox is a dual diagnosis addiction treatment center in West Palm Beach, Florida. They provide comprehensive addiction care, psychiatric services, integrated mental health services, education, holistic treatments, and detox.

Offering evidence based and holistic addiction and mental health related services, Allure Detox offers a full continuum of care. Services include clinical assessments, comprehensive treatment planning, dual diagnosis, medical detox, outpatient treatment programs, inpatient residential treatment, counseling, chiropractic care, medication assisted treatment, physical therapy, community referrals, acupuncture, and an alumni program.

Allure Detox’s clinical team first initiates comprehensive assessments to determine the acuity of substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions. Following the assessment, the treatment team will determine the appropriate level of intervention and program best suited to the patient. Allure Detox offers a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual counseling, group therapy, 12 step facilitation, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, contingency management, and other holistic/complementary therapies.

The detox services at Allure Detox assist the patient to comfortably detoxify and remove the substances from their body while prioritizing safety and comfort. Patients are medically monitored and may receive medication to support the process.

Oftentimes the best next step after detox is a longer term residential or inpatient addiction treatment. The program at Allure Detox involves staying at a residential facility and receiving ongoing support to equip patients with the skills for long term recovery. The program relies on evidence based practices to treat addiction and co-occurring conditions, which includes a comprehensive assessment, a client centered treatment plan with comprehensive relapse prevention planning, medication management, individual and group therapy, medication management, 12 step groups, medical services, wellness services, psychoeducation, and follow up care.

The treatment team at Allure Detox determines a comprehensive aftercare plan prior to departure as part of their Alumni Program. Typically, the plan may include detailed relapse prevention activities, outpatient support groups, and follow up appointments with their therapist and clinician. Support groups are held throughout the week and are available in person or virtually.

Allure Detox accepts New York State Health Insurance Program, Tricare, commercial insurance plans, and self pay.
