Al – Anon offers community-based addiction support for adults, and families in Glendale, California. They also provide valuable resources, including community support, volunteer opportunities, and referrals.
Treatment at Al–Anon includes group and individual-based support for individuals families, and friends, of loved ones struggling with addiction. Other services include the following:
Adults attend individual and group treatment sessions for improved coping skills, peer support, and recovery support. Sessions are held seven days a week throughout the day.
Members can access regular 12-step meetings run by their attendees. This peer-based group provides support to one another through sharing their experiences, working through the 12 steps with a sponsor, and being of service to others in need. Anyone who is struggling with a loved one using substances may join.
Al – Anon is a free service and supports itself through member contributions and those who volunteer. There is no requirement to donate – it is entirely voluntary.
