AA - Alcoholics Anonymous - Figueroa Street

AA – Alcoholics Anonymous – Figueroa Street is a 12 Step recovery program to assist youths and adults recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. This community-based program is free to those who attend and provides specialty services for military veterans, LGBTQ+ persons, men, and women.

Alcoholics Anonymous meetings are available 365 days a year in the morning, afternoon, and evenings. This non-profit organization utilizes group therapy and recovery education to help participants with long-term recovery. Individuals typically acquire a sponsor who helps guide their journey.

The 12 Step model takes a whole-healing approach for individuals in recovery. With each step, the participant learns and addresses topics such as forgiveness, relationships, self-reflection, coping, and other life skills.
