Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is a community-based, 12 step-focused addiction recovery program for youth and adults in Dothan, Alabama. They offer no-cost outpatient services, including gender-specific and dedicated programming for LGBTQ+ persons, adolescents, young adults, seniors, and persons with co-occurring disorders.

Clients engage in robust, peer-directed group counseling based on the 12 step-focused, stages-of-change model. Clients also receive one-on-one peer coaching through a self-selected sponsor.
